Hydration

With the elevated temperature this week, it’s important to make good decisions about exercise.  If at all possible, have your PE time in the early mornings, especially when the temperature reaches the 90s.  Also, make sure students are rehydrating frequently both before exercising, during your exercise routines, and afterward.  A few parents have expressed concerns about late afternoon runs and, at least one child has had symptoms of dehydration upon arriving home.  Thanks for your timely attention to this matter.
