I had planned to spend some time discussing the types of questions and conversation that would be most beneficial for your peer observation and feedback on Friday, but there just wasn’t enough time. Here is a summary of the types of questions you can ask to help the observed teacher decide what worked and what he/she would like to work on next. There is no need to give concrete suggestions. You are just asking the kind of questions that will help the observed teacher determine what and how to improve. I’ll put a copy of this in your box Monday morning as well. Cheers!
