Outstanding Author on American History

If you are not familiar with Jean Fritz and you are teaching anything related to United States History, you need to see Alida RIGHT NOW.  This author has many books at very readable levels on US History and they are engaging.  I was just browsing through the Benjamin Franklin biography and learned that he liked to make magic squares in his spare time.  The dude was remarkable.  Here are just some of the titles you will find:
