Industriousness Prompt Traits and Texts

Based on your grade level discussions on Friday here are the plans for the administration of our next Response to Literature prompt for March 5-9 (with the exception of grade 4, which will administer the week of March 12-16)

Please indicate in the comments if you believe any of the mentioned texts or any others could be used across grade levels.  Our goal is to find a text that students can have copied in front of them – probably not more than two pages.
